Welcome & Care
First Impressions Team
Greeting, ushering, and guest care
F.I.T. is the first smile people see at Connect—parking lot attendants, greeters, ushers, Connect Central, and follow-up teams. They help guests feel welcomed, known, and connected from the moment they arrive.
Hospitality
Creating a warm and welcoming environment
Hospitality makes every space feel warm, personal, and intentional. From preparing rooms and events to creating thoughtful touches like care baskets, this team helps people feel seen, valued, and at home.
Prayer Team
Praying with and for people
The Prayer Team is a behind-the-scenes ministry that believes in the power of prayer. These individuals intercede for others, carry a heart for God’s presence, and use spiritual authority to cover the church in prayer.
Safety Team
Helping keep our campus safe and secure
The Safety Team provides a secure environment for every service and event. With a watchful eye and a servant’s heart, they protect people while creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
Care Team
Church support and love when needed most
Care Teams step in during life’s most difficult or practical moments to provide support and care. Whether it’s a hospital visit, mentorship, or emotional support, they help carry people through with compassion and presence.

Connect Kids
Kids ministry
Connect Kids serves children from nursery through 5th grade with safe, fun, and Christ-centered environments. Leaders teach provided curriculum, care for kids with love, and help build a strong foundation of faith.
Youth
Middle school and high school ministry
Connect Youth leaders invest in students 6th–12th grade through breakout groups, activities, Bible teaching, and relational mentorship. This team helps students grow in faith while being supported, known, and encouraged.
Young Adults
Young adult ministry
Young Adults serves college-age and young married adults through worship, Bible study, and community. Leaders invest in this generation with a heart to deepen faith and build strong spiritual foundations for life.

Worship Team
Musicians and vocalists
The Worship Team leads the church in powerful, Christ-centered worship through music and song. This is a skilled team of vocalists and musicians who carry both passion and excellence in leading others into God’s presence.
AVL
Audio, video, lighting, cameras, and livestream
The AVL Team helps create distraction-free worship experiences through sound, lighting, cameras, livestream, and presentation. Whether behind a sound board or camera, this team ensures every service is experienced with excellence.
Media Team
Social media, website, and print media
The Media Team brings creativity to life through design, photography, social media, web, and production. These individuals help communicate the vision of Connect with excellence and creativity across every platform.
Discipleship & Community
Connect Group Leader
Small group leadership
Connect Group Leaders create space for real community and spiritual growth. They facilitate guided discussions, care for people, and often open their homes to help others feel connected and supported.
Freedom Class Facilitator
Bible study, marriage, finance, grief share, and life classes
Freedom Class Facilitators help people take next steps in spiritual maturity. They lead classes on topics like marriage, finance, grief, parenting, worship, and recovery, guiding others toward lasting transformation.
Connect Online Campus
Online groups, classes, and community
Online Leaders help extend Connect beyond the building to people everywhere. They host online groups, facilitate digital classes, and engage with online communities to help people grow in faith wherever they are.

Outreach to retirement communities
The Gathering ministers to retirement communities through hymns, Scripture, prayer, and presence. This flexible team honors and encourages the older generation with consistency, joy, and care.
Community Team
Serving the communities where God has called us
The Community Team serves the neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and retirement communities within one mile of Connect. They meet needs, build relationships, pray, and actively bring the love of Jesus into the community.
